What can I expect at my first visit?

Whether you choose to fill out patient forms online prior to your visit or here in our office, our friendly staff at Flagship Dental will help you become acquainted with our paperwork process. Upon arrival, our staff will answer any questions you may have before your treatment or cleaning begins. 

Please bring your identification and insurance card so we can include them in your patient file and bill your insurance company for services rendered. 

At Flagship Dental, we value your time. We will do our best to see you and begin your treatment promptly after you arrive. Please keep in mind that if we are treating someone with a dental emergency, we may ask you to be patient as we finish up.

At Flagship Dental, we always encourage you to ask our dentists and hygienists any questions you may have—even if you think it’s just a small concern. We want you to know we are here to listen and answer your questions—no matter how big or small.

After your treatment, we will schedule any follow-up visits or future cleanings.
